While the books do not presume faith, they are written in the context of religious education in the Catholic school and parish. As such they provide a gentle introduction to the prayers and rituals of the Church. They also provide children with an introduction to religious language and concepts.

As with the Sacrament series, these books are authored by people experienced in teaching students at this young age and with experience of working across both schools and parishes.
